Avocados From Mexico built a brand in a brand-less category, and in the fall of 2018, they teamed up with 270B to drive that consumer brand preference through e-commerce. Avocados From Mexico also wanted to promote a specific use foravocados, which is adding them to salads! AFM had partnered with two other brands for this initiative, which was theAmerican Egg Board and Fresh Gourmet Salad Toppings.

Promote salads as one of the core uses for the product and make recipes shoppable online through e-commerce.

our solution

We created a robust digital hub for all things salads. It housed all the salad recipes from the original recipe hub, as well featured newrecipes from the partners. We also created the photos and videos for each of the partner recipes. Consumers could also build their own salad and tweet it for a chance to win $1000. The kicker:all recipes were shoppable for the first time.

Avocados From Mexico now OWNS the word "avocados"
throughout over 3.6 million online recipes across the Internet
